Love Letter is a letter to friends I saw less of after moving to Providence. For a workshop with Annette Lenz students were given the following brief: pick something you love and design a letter to that thing. I chose my collection of mix CDs. Given to me from friends, each compilation represents a time and a place, but is also a physical manifestation of something as intangible as friendship. The text of the resulting letter is an amalgamation of song titles. A selection of 10-15 songs is then highlighted to customize the letter and playlist for individuals.
